OUR PROGRAMS & SERVICES
OUR PROGRAMS & SERVICES
We offer individualized, culturally responsive support to help immigrant and refugee families meet immediate needs and navigate long-term systems. Our case managers connect clients to housing, healthcare, food assistance, and other vital services that ease the burdens of resettlement.
We provide wraparound services that strengthen family well-being by offering essentials like diapers, hygiene kits, and other household necessities, along with educational workshops and one-on-one support to help families adjust to life in the U.S., build community connections, and thrive in their new environment.
We guide families through the healthcare system, connect them with mental health resources, and offer wellness support that honors cultural values. Our programs include maternal health education, preventative care such as lead exposure mitigation, and culturally responsive guidance to ensure families not only access care, but feel seen, supported, and safe every step of the way.
Our youth program create safe, affirming spaces for immigrant and refugee youth to explore leadership, build academic confidence, and develop life skills. With mentorship and peer connection at the core, we equip young people to thrive at school, at work, and in their communities.
Through tailored job coaching, skills-building workshops, ESL classes, and employment referrals, we help community members gain the tools, confidence, and access needed to secure meaningful work and build financial stability for the future.
